About Element
Element Machine Tools was founded in 2015 to provide high performance manufacturing solutions at a price small manufacturers can afford. A need was identified for industrial level machines that are less intimidating and easier to learn and use. Element’s industrial CNC milling machines are powered by Mach4 Industrial (www.machsupport.com), giving them the performance manufacturers demand. Element is continuously researching and developing new machines and controls for current and future application.
Tom Lamontagne, Owner/ Engineer
Tom, a licensed Professional Engineer, has been working in the manufacturing industry for 10 years. His experience as a product design/development engineer as well as manufacturing and production, provides Tom with the skills necessary to reduce manufacturing times and costs. Outside of work, he can be found spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the lake, biking, hunting, and running obstacle courses.
Ryan O’Connor, Owner/ Finance & Admin
Ryan has earned his Masters in Accounting & Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. He has worked with multiple companies in their Accounting / Finance and IT departments for the service and transportation industries. His experience in both IT and finance have led him to utilize technology to make better business decisions to increase both productivity and efficiency. His free time leads him outdoors where he spends time with his friends and family hiking, hunting and fishing as well as running and biking.
Ben Brown, Owner/ Sales & Marketing
Ben joins us with over 20 years experience in machine tool sales and engineering. His solution oriented sales focus has helped his customers improve productivity and efficiency. He specializes in finding creative and innovative solutions to help his clients remain competitive. While away from work, Ben enjoys traveling, golf and hiking with his family.
